Only 1000 of these were ever imported into the US in 9mm (300 in .40 S&W and 100 in .45 ACP) by FIE and American Arms before the last Assault Weapons Ban ceased new sales. Production stopped in Itay in 1997 and stopped in Switzerland in 2001.
